AgentKit Documentation

AgentKit provides an open registry and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for discovering, installing, and executing AI coding skills across autonomous agents.

1. Quickstart & Agent Setup

AgentKit works with any MCP-compatible client including Hermes Agent, Claude Code, and OpenAI Codex.

2. Built-in MCP Tools

search_skills(query, limit?)

Search published skills by keywords, capability, or language tag.

get_skill(name, version?)

Fetch instruction prompt, tool schemas, and metadata for a specific skill.

list_skill_versions(name)

Inspect available releases, diffs, and audit reports for a skill.
